Challenge
After successfully preparing the launch and scaling of a federated initiative for fostering the quantum technology ecosystem in the German Federal State of Lower Saxony, we were enlisted for the next moonshot endeavour funded by the Ministry of Science and Culture together with the VolkswagenFoundation. We have the privilege to pave the way for IBT, a newly formed alliance of the region's leading science and industry players with effective process design and a collaboratively developed strategy. We shall enable the rapid growth in a decentralised structure to achieve IBT's main goal by transferring research results into new preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as quickly as possible. This ties in well with one of our key activity areas: Promoting synergies in organisations, alliances and consortia amongst various internationally active stakeholders.
